Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) senior leader and Deputy Prime Minister Pervaiz Elahi on Thursday said a provincial government that had disappointed its people could not hope for a better Pakistan after its successive failures.
Talking to a delegation from the Nankana District Bar, he said the PML-Q government had rendered tremendous service to the people, adding that their successes in the province had not been forgotten by the people.
He said if the party got another opportunity to form a government in Punjab after the general elections, it would set new records of development.
He reminded the people present at the meeting that during the tenure of PML-Q in the province, prosecution service was introduced and provided facilities for addressing complaints through Consumer Courts to citizens. He said that this service had helped the masses get justice easily and inexpensively.
