Prime Minister asks Raisani for steps to improve law and order situation

Chief Minister Balochistan, Nawab Aslam Raisani called on Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf at PM House on Monday and apprised him of the measures taken by the provincial government to improve the law and order situation in the province.
Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister said that the present government is paying special attention to redress the grievances of people of Balochistan.
He added that re-conciliatory policy pursued by the federal government during the last five years to bring the Baloch youth into the national mainstream would pay dividends.
Raja Pevez Ashraf congratulated the Chief Minister Balochistan over a judgment by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) Tribunal in favor of the Balochistan government, allowing it to carry out mining and smelting project in the Reko Diq area of Balochistan.
He urged the Chief Minister to take all possible measures to improve law and order in the province so that the people of Balochistan could benefit from its resources.
