Ejaz to move SC over Zia plane crash

Pakistan Muzlim League-Z chief Ejaz-ul-Haq has said he is going to approach Supreme Court to bring to open his father (Gen) Zia ul Haq’s murder case.
“My father and former army chief Gen (Retd) Zia ul Haq plan crash case was not allowed to be brought to open and this case was buried for ever. We are now resorting to SC to bring this case to open”, he said this while talking to media men Tuesday during his visit to Bhiko chak to offer condolence on the death of spiritual leader Hazrat Pir Abdul Shakoor Khan Safri.
The killers of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto are sitting in the houses of parliament. The world knows who her murderers are, he added.
Former president Pervez Musharraf was responsible for Lal Masjid operation and he be punished for what he had done there, he demanded.
Coming hard on the government he said the incumbent rulers had landed the country in lawlessness, bloodshed, inflation and deteriorating law and order situation. PPP and its allied parties were behind the worst situation in Karachi, he held.
Ejaz-ul-Haq called upon all the Muslim Leaguers to unite for the sake of improvement in law and order situation saying this way not only the country would become safe but the people would also get rid of PPP.
