Bahrain Pakistan relations

Bahrain and Pakistan enjoy brotherly and cordial relations. Both countries share common faiths, cultures and values which strengthen the bond between the two countries.
Bahrain is famous for its rich culture and Heritage. It is home to large reserves of oil and pearls. Bilateral trade between Bahrain and Pakistan amounts to a mere $500 million. Pakistan has contributed in many ways towards the development of the Kingdom of Bahrain and there are over 60,000 Pakistani’s working and living in the kingdom as respected individuals.
Crown Prince H.R.H. Prince SALMAN BIN HAMAD BIN ISA AL KHALIFA during his visit to Pakistan in 2005 termed Pakistan as his second home and stated that Pakistan was the country which was held in the highest esteem by the leadership and the people of Bahrain.
King Hamad bin Isa Al- Khalifa due to his astuteness & aptitude as an excellent statesmen, strengthened the role of Bahrain regionally, globally, politically, economically, & in trade.
During his visit to Bahrain President in August 2011, Pakistani president said that a stable and prosperous Bahrain was in the sovereign interest of Pakistan. Furthermore he reiterated his offer to the Bahraini business community to benefit from incentive- based business investment packages and rich human resources available in Pakistan. He assured Bahrain that his government would provide all possible facilitation to them in their business ventures as there were a large number of sectors and investment areas open to the foreign businessmen. Bahrain-Pakistan relations have grown from strength to strength and are time tested. Both countries enjoy the best relations based on Islamic Brotherhood & Solidarity. These relations are very strong and unshakable and both are cooperating with each other in every field at all levels.
