Most of the times, whenever one opens a newspaper there are mostly depressing and disturbing news. On Sunday, when I looked at the newspaper the image of a baby who was injured in the Peshawar attack was published by a leading English newspaper of Pakistan.
It depressed me a lot and unfortunately my two kids also saw that photo and started questioning as to what had happened to that baby. It would have been better if the newspaper had not carried that photo, and used any other less disturbing one.
It is right that media reflects the society and shows what is happening but it is now time that media (both print and electronic) stopped printing and airing those images which disturb people.
