At least 11 people including four security personnel were injured when unknown motorbike riders hurled hand grenades near a military academy run by Pakistan Air Force in Risalpur.
According to the media reports, the terrorists tried to enter the cantonment area but they could not succeed in their attempt owing to heavy armed guard presence at the gate. Terrorists, who came on motorbikes, managed to escape the scene soon afterwards.
According to sources, some militants hurled hand grenades at a security camp located in the city, injuring 11 people including four security personnel.
The injured were shifted to Nowshera Headquarters Hospital while emergency was imposed in nearby hospitals.
Law-enforcers arrived on the site and cordoned off the area.
In August last year at least 16 people, including some army and air force personnel, were killed and 17 injured when a powerful explosion hit a hotel in Risalpur.

  1. How many times they will get attacked without responding when the main purpose of the gurads is to prevent such attack and respond with detrimental force??

  2. Our intelligence eagencies have a huge challange before them to erradicate such well established networks who are eable to plan and then attack our differenet installations regularly now. Pakistanis as a nation need to wake up and should recognise and report such activists who are hiding within the cummunity to the authorities.Otherwise wee are being portrayed as a destablised country who is endangering the whole world by keeping the neuclear weapons in the pockets. Its not the matter of resisting such silly attcks rather the prevention is more important which can only be achieved by unity and the dedicated efforts of our security agencies.
