Sources told Online Monday PAC has given final deadline to registrar SC to appear on Tuesday saying if he fails to do so, the committee will consider referring the matter to the National Assembly (NA).
Committee will solicit opinions from all of its members and will communicate its strongly worded recommendations to NA.
Sources said, the committee was in favor of seeking any decision on this matter from NA rather than taking a decision of its own.

  1. How will our nation proceed to make a progress. The purpose of referring the issue to NA is to undermine the effectiveness of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. In fact, the role of national assemblies in other countries is to support and reinforce the judiciary system. Unluckily in our country, the role of the NA is to deteriorate the effectiveness and spit of Supreme Court and the Constitution.

  2. SC Registrar is doing what his BOSS has asked him to do. The parliament needs to Kill the big FISH who is none other than Chaudary Iftikhar the most corrupt and biased CJ in the world.
