Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that she isn’t picky about what she puts in her mouth. “I eat everything!” the Mirror quoted her as telling Redstart magazine. “With food, I’m a lot more relaxed than people think,” she said. She then goes on to admit that her favourite foods include oysters and cocktail sauce, or chips with baked stuffed lobster. But after 11 months of overpriced seafood, Paltrow confesses that she cuts everything out of her diet with a three-week-long cleanse known as the Clean programme, which bans dairy, gluten, refined sugar, processed foods, alcohol and caffeine. She said that the 21-day-long period is the highlight of her year. “It’s my favourite thing,” she said. “It did such wonders for my life, my confidence, my sex life, everything,” she added.
