US Consulate has contacted federal government on demolishing the bomb proof boundary wall around it by Peshawar Cantonment Board.
US Consulate had constructed the bomb proof boundary wall after the suicide attack at the building, however administration of Cantonment Board declared the wall illegal and demolished it.
US Consulate has made the contact with the Prime Minister’s secretariat and told them about their apprehensions. It is expected that the US consulate would submit its application to the Executive Office Peshawar Cantonment Board today (Tuesday) for permission of re-construction of wall.
