At least 19 foreigners were arrested from Chaghai and Karachi in crackdown by the law enforcement agencies following the blast that rocked Peshawar.
According to details, the Frontier Corps (FC) raided a bus stop in Chaghai and arrested 17 Uzbek nationals, who were intending to go to Iran without travel documents.
No weapons were recovered from the foreigners, who seemed to have come from Afghanistan.
Police also arrested two foreigners from Super Highway Toll Plaza during a routine checking. Police said the two foreigners seemed to be Uzbek nationals.
A case has been registered against the two men under Foreign Act.
The suspects were shifted to undisclosed locations for further investigation.
