The Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday issued notices to all involved parties in the Pervez Musharraf assets case to appear for the preliminary hearing of the request for the obtaining of records of the former president’s assets. Judge Chaudhry Habibur Rehman heard the petition filed by Musharraf’s wife Sehba Musharraf to restore the former president’s frozen accounts. During the hearing, the petitioner’s counsel Ilyas Siddiqui submitted another request, seeking records of joint accounts held by Musharraf. Subsequently, the court issued notices to all parties related to the case to appear for a preliminary hearing and adjourned the hearing until December 22.
