Rain washes Deaf matches

All the four teams of the Thursday’s two matches of the Asia Deaf Cricket Cup were awarded one point each after rain which started at the passage of around an hour’s session, played for the entire day. At the gymkhana cricket ground, Pakistan won the toss and chose to bowl first. Sri Lanka started its batting and scored 70 runs in 22 overs and lost their four wicket. But due to rain the match was abounded and both the teams got 1 point each. Similarly, at the LCCA ground, Afghanistan won the toss and chose to bowl first. India scored 166 in 15.2 over and lost their 4 wickets and they too were awarded one point each for rain interruption. Today Pakistan will take on Nepal at Lahore gymkhana cricket ground and Sri Lanka face Afghanistan at the LCCA ground.
