The inhabitants and traders of Raja Bazaar are facing severe problems due to overflowing gutters in the area.
The traders of Raja Bazaar said that the sewage pipelines were chocked with garbage and had started producing a stinking smell.
The traders said that overflowing sewage water was getting mixed up with clean drinking water pipelines due to which the residents of this area were compelled to drink the contaminated water. People in this locality had been suffering from water borne diseases for a while now, they added.
The locals demanded the authorities concerned to rectify this problem at the earliest.
