There should be method to this madness..First they build a bridge, then realise they also needed underground also. so they uproot the roads again and electricity wires….!
They always try to rotate clock anti clockwise, usually planning come first, then design and execution later. unfortunately they started construction first then called consultants to provide design and finally called meetings for planning.
this is only a push of CM that a project worth 30 billion is near to completion with in 12 months. Hats off for him, but affraid if he loose his interest due to any unforeseen circumstances, just imagine the map of excavated Lahore.
We are part of excavation team and every day is a surprise day for us, amendments, changes, hard lines for completion and changes n changes.
