Rangers arrest alleged criminals

Pakistan Rangers has taken into custody several suspects from the Khokhrapar area of Karachi, while local police also held two important criminals that belonged to a group of dacoits.
According to media reports, the arrested criminals are alleged to be involved in more than 100 cases of murder, extortion, robbery, and looting certain factories. It has been said that the arrested dacoits belong to a banned outfit and also indulged in gang-war.
Meanwhile, police raided Gulshan Bonair area of Quaidabad, and held two criminals, who have been identified as Shahzad, commonly known as Naanga, and Muhammad Wajid. The two were backed by some political parties, and used to supply arms for them.
Dozens of cases have been registered against those arrested in the criminal activities in the police stations of Sharafi Goth, Quaidabad, Laandhi, and of affiliated areas.
