The local meteorological office on Thursday forecasted partly cloudy weather with mist in the morning for the provincial capital in the next 24 hours.
Weather experts said that cold and dry weather was expected over most parts of the country. Thunderstorm and rain was likely to occur at one or two places of Malakand, Hazara, Zhob, Quetta divisions, Gilgil-Baltistan and Kashmir, they said.
Maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded as 24 degrees and 5 degrees centigrade respectively while humidity was recorded 86 percent at 8 am and 47 per cent at 5 pm.
