LHC’s justice Sheikh Najam-ul-Hasan was hearing the case of Ghulam Sarwar in fake degree case. Punjab prosecutor urged the court to reject interim bail of the accused because he was disqualified due to fake degree and a case was also registered against him in this regard.
The court was informed that Ghulam Sarwar’s lawyer could not appear in the court for the hearing due to some personal business. On this the court extended his bail till December 14.

  1. Let’s get serious LHC-Judges are paid to do thier job, in their case to hest case on merit and give verdict without fear and prejudice-if judge is unable to deliver then he is not fit to be a judge-either he should resign from judiciary ot he should be relieved of his responsibilities…judge cannot refuse to hear the case without overwhelming reason and he cannot send it back to chief Justice…lawyer not appearing is delaying tactic, and for personal business is an outright lie, because to lie is an integral part of lawyers profession and also national past time of Pakistanis-IF Ch:Nisar is culprit he should be thrown into slammer-Ppl like Ch:are cancer of society-IF Ghulam Sarwar then should be applied to the fullest
