Sindh Assembly Speaker Nisar Ahmed Khuro Tuesday said that the entire Sindh province, not just Karachi, should be demarcated afresh. Talking to media persons after a meeting held in the assembly’s Committee Room, Khuro said the operation to seize illegal weapons had never ceased in Karachi as everyday police and rangers personnel were recovering firearms through targeted operations in the city. The presence of the assemblies and the completion of their term was an abundant proof that the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) wanted to take Pakistan ahead through democracy and reconciliation, he asserted. The Sindh Assembly speaker said, “We welcome criticism from our adversaries, however, we denounce the violent approach.”
