Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira arrived in Bishkek to represent Pakistan in the 11th SCO Heads of Governments Council Meeting.
According to a press release received here Tuesday, a senior Minister of Kyrgyz Republic, Melis Djunushalive, Ambassador of Pakistan in Bishkek, Tanveer Akhter Khaskheli and other senior officials of the Embassy received the minister.
Qamar Zaman Kaira will address the SCO Heads of Governments Council Meeting presenting Pakistan’s point of view on matters vital to the region including cooperation among the regional countries in areas of trade, economy, energy and combating terrorism. He will also reiterate Pakistan’s stance for SCO full membership.
