Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Monday urged political parties, religious bodies and civil society organisations to rise up to defend Jinnah’s Pakistan that guaranteed protecting fundamental rights of minorities. Taking strong notice of the latest incidents of attacks on minorities, Bilawal said these continuing attacks, if unchecked, would threaten the very existence of Pakistan. The PPP Chairman gave this statement in response to reports about demolition of a Hindu temple in Karachi and desecration of an Ahmadi graveyard in Lahore. He urged the provincial governments and the law enforcement agencies to do their best to protect the fundamental rights of minorities. Bilawal said the attacks on temples, graveyards, properties and lives of the minorities are an attack on Jinnah’s vision of Pakistan and pose an existential threat to the country. He said Benazir Bhutto had given her life fighting against such a mindset. “Our forefathers did not sacrifice their lives for an intolerant, extremist, sectarian and authoritarian Pakistan. I appeal to all of you to rise up and defend Jinnah’s Pakistan. My party and I will stand by you, shoulder to shoulder,” said the PPP Chairman in the statement.
if election is held on Youtube surely PTI will win becoz all clerks have come togather on youtube including clergy and corporate clerks whitecollar stupids
Is bilawal doing your mother again? I thought only zardari was doing your mother. I guess you want to keep it in the family.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is following the foots steps of his mother which gave her life for the country and her entire life is marked with struggle for the rights of minorities. PPP is the only secular party of Pakistan that always fought for the rights of minorities and gave them maximum protection. Mere taking PPP a political party is totally wrong PPP is an ideology, a vision and a thought, Indeed Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed were the founder of very basis of this party, but after them deeming that party is over, is absurd. Ideology can not be defeated, can not be destroyed and can not be scratched out. PPP is still a hope and will always be a hope for the browbeaten people of Pakistan for it is the party of peasants, workers and downtrodden people of Pakistan. PPP is not an NGO it is the party having roots in all the provinces of Pakistan. You can root out something that is on earth but can not unearth and ideology that is buried in the hearts of people.
most pakistanis grandparents were hindu converts with some mix of barbarians mongols blood .. almost all pakistanis DNA TESTS SHALL CONFIRM THIS .. firangis slavestraders created pakistan 1947 and then bangladesh in 1971 .. what next .. ALL ARMY CHIEFS ISI CHIEFS CORPS COMMANDERS ETC ETC HAVE BEEN PUNJABIS -NEVER SINDHI BALOCHI OR PATHANI SINCE 1947 … all chief justices of every court in pakistan have been and are lahori punjabis — ALL NON LAHORI NON PUNJABIS ARE POWERLESS HELPLESS BADLY TREATED MINORITIES OF SORTS…

The PPP aims at creating a just and equitable society with equal opportunity for all the citizens. The PPP is proud of being the voice of the poor, the working classes and the middle class. The PPP’s policies, which are dedicated to the underprivileged and the down-trodden have created conditions that enabled the business and trading classes to compete in the open market. The party aims at providing full employment, health, education, water supply and sanitation. It reiterates its firm commitment to provide food, clothing and shelter to every citizen of Pakistan through its emphasis of full employment. Zardari’stwo years in office are marked by the accomplishment of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s mission and ideals. Since assuming office, Zardari has used conciliatory approach towards his political opponents to get their support on important national issues. It is easy to develop a new structure, but extremely difficult to reform the existing one. Zardari did the latter in the form of the 18th Amendment.
