At least two policemen were killed and two others injured when a police mobile van was targeted with an improvised explosive device (IED) on Kohat Road on Monday. Capital City Police Chief Imtiaz Altaf said those killed included sub-inspector Tajamul Khan and constable Ibrar. Per details, unidentified militants planted an IED in a garbage dump along the road at Shahabkhel Badhabher, which was detonated when a police van passed by it.
