A high powered delegation of the China Investment Corporation (CIC) led by its President, Gao Xiqing, on Monday visited the mausoleum of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to pay respect to the Founder of Pakistan.
On the occasion, an official of the Mazar Management Board briefed about the salient features of the mausoleum.
He also informed that the chandelier for the Mazar was gifted by the Peoples Republic of China.
The leader of the delegation recorded his impressions in the Visitors’ Book.
The members of the delegation also witnessed the change of guards’ ceremony.
