According to media reports Bollywood actor Manisha Koirala has reportedly been diagnosed with cancer. Currently, she was undergoing check-ups in Mumbai’s Jaslok Hospital. Reportedly the 42-year-old fell unconscious and was hospitalized. “She was hospitalized yesterday (Wednesday). She is undergoing a few check-ups. She is doing fine,” a news website quoted hospital sources as saying. Manisha, who comes from an influential family in Nepal, has starred in several films. She debuted with “Saudagar” in 1991, and recently made a comeback with Ram Gopal Varma’s “Bhoot Returns”. She is famously remembered for her roles in 1942: A Love Story and Khamoshi, She has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Reports also added that the actress, who was in Kathmandu redoing her house, had also suffered from food poisoning recently. According to reports, the actor unwell for the last few days and had mentioned it on a social networking platform. After this she fell unconscious and was immediately flown to Mumbai with her mother for further check-ups. About the diagnosis, a report quoting reliable sources said: “Manisha has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer and is undergoing treatment at Jaslok Hospital. Her family is by her side.”
