Chief Minister’s Advisor on Health Khawaja Salman Rafiq on Saturday said that the undue harassment and victimization of the Reko Pharma management would not be tolerated till investigations are under way to fix the responsibility.
Speaking at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he said that four factories that were producing spurious medicines had been unearthed.
He announced that a committee including three pharmaceutical industry members and Provincial health secretary would be meeting today (Sunday) to finalize future strategy of how to deal with the cough syrup incident.
