The Pakistan Cricket Board has said it did not allow the banned pace bowler Mohammad Amir to use of its training facilities at the National Cricket Academy nor it has contacted the International Cricket Council to get his ban reduced. “It is a baseless news which appeared in a section of press and it aims at creating confusion,” said a spokesman of PCB here on Thursday. “The news item is totally incorrect and is based on wrong intentions. The PCB is following all ICC instructions, and there is no question of allowing Amir the use of official facility until he serves the ban or it is removed. The PCB has not contacted to ICC on reducing his ban “, he added.
