Pak team named for World Kabaddi Cup in India

The Pakistan Kabaddi Federation on Thursday named 16-member national team to take part in the World Kabaddi Cup being played in Indian Punjab from December 1-15. The team was named by the selection committee of PKF after a meeting, said a spokesman of PKF here. The team comprises following players, Musharraf Javed, Mohammad Sajjad, Matloob Ali, Muhammad Mansha, Muhammad Waqas Rahim, Khalil Ahmed, Muhammad Aslam, Asif Ali, Muhammad Irfan, Abaidullah, Waqas Ahmad Butt, Sahfaique Ahmed, Muhammad Shafqiue, Akmal Shahzad, Muhammad Ishfaq and Muhammad Afzaal. “The team was selected from 28 probables who attended a national training camp at Islamabad for 20 days,” he said.
