Two killed, one body found in Quetta

Two people were killed in separate incidents when unidentified armed men opened fire on them in Quetta and Barkhan, while a dead body was found in Machh on Wednesday.
Police officials said that unidentified armed men riding a motorcycle opened indiscriminate fire on Hussain Ali, a Hazara Shia, on the Circular Road of Quetta and managed to escape from the scene. The victim died on the spot and his body was shifted to the Combined Military Hospital.
Police said that the incident appeared to be a case of sectarian target killing; however, no group has accepted responsibility yet.
In another incident, an unidentified man armed with sophisticated weapons shot Nadeem Jan dead in Barkhan.
According to police, the assailant fled from the site after committing the crime, and added that the motive behind the murder could not be ascertained yet. Separately, on a tip-off, the police recovered a dead body from an old bus stop in Machh and shifted it to a local hospital. The victim was identified as Mohammad Ejaz.
