The one man illegal and most importantly OUTDATED commission don’t have such rights to take this action according to the Law but because the commission is headed by the Son Of CJP so they are making new laws on daily basis..
this one man commission is slowly turning to its purpose by taking such actions against one person involved, it has been declared variuos times by Malik Riaz that this commission must be checked before starting its advancement in this case but SC is not taking any action on this and result will be completely biased in the end. CJ must take these seriously and concerns must be cleared.
