Bahria Town has challenged ruling of court in favour of Shoaib Suddal Commission in Islamabad High Court(IHC).
Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan on behalf of Bahria Town has taken plea in intra-court appeal that Shoaib Suddal Commission is not authorised to summon tax record of Bahria town from FBR, therefore, High Court single bench verdict in this respect be declared null and void.
