Unannounced strike by the CNG stations continued on second consecutive day across the country posing serious troubles to the commuters following the failure of talks that were held Monday between the CNG owners and Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).
According to the CNG Dealers Association Chairman Abdus Sami Khan, the unannounced strike by CNG stations will continue. The CNG owners earlier say they could not sell the gas on prices set by the Supreme Court (SC) in its ruling.
In the meantine, the apex court has been moved by a petitioner Zulfiqar Bhutta Advocate against the unannounced strike by the CNG stations, saying the decision to go on strike is contempt of court.
