Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) filed a review petition on Supreme Court’s orders to grant interim bails to Federal Minister for Textile Industries Makhdoom Shahabuddin and MNA Ali Musa Gilani in the ephedrine case.
According to a private television channel, ANF prayed to the court to review its ruling and repeal interim bails afforded to the accused including Shahab and Gilani in ephedrine quota case. The petition was filed by Shahid Abbasi Advocate who said the arrest of the two accused is indispensable for investigation of the chemical quota case.

i think if both the accused Shahab ud din and Ali Musa Gillani are co 0operating with the investigation team then their is no need to cancel their bail. No doubt the Ephdrine quota case is important but unnecessarily detaing accused will not serve the ends of jutice. it would rather curtail the liberty of two willing and co0 operating accused person. We should all wait and observe the out come of investigation and probable prosecution of the accused if a strong case be made against them. Javaid Bashir
