The newly appointed Consul General of Japan, Akira Ouchi on Wednesday called on Chief Minister of Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah at CM House. The Consul General of Japan was accompanied by Vice Consul for Political and Economic Affairs, Yuki Ochial,
Principal Secretary to Sindh Chief Minister, Mohammad Siddique Memon was also present on the occasion.
Syed Qaim Ali Shah welcomed the new CG of Japan and shared with the historical background, cultural and monumental heritage of the province besides the natural resources available here and the existent socio-economic conditions.He also particularly referred to the historical perspective of the 5000 old Indus Civilization, ruins of which exist in Sindh.
The CG of Japan, Akira Ouchi thanked the Sindh Chief Minister for the warm welcome accorded to him in Sindh and discussed matters of mutual interest including trade and business.
