Karachi Deputy Inspector General (traffic) Police, Khurram Gulzar on Wednesday said it will be mandatory for vehicle owners participating in Muharram processions to get government stickers to display on the windscreen of their vehicles on November 25. The DIGP said that stickers would be issued from 21st to 23rd November, i.e. 6th to 8th Muharramul Harram, from the office of the DIGP/Traffic, Karachi (Traffic Security Branch) Police Headquarters Garden, Aga Khan-III Road, Karachi to government officials, media persons and ambulance services.
