Organisers of Alamdar Islami Trust and Haidri Chowk imambargahs requested the administration to impose a ban on the use of mobile phones by police personnel deployed during Muharram.
They said this while talking to the advisor to Punjab chief minister Raja Ashfaq Sarwar who visited shrines of the Jaffaria sect on Monday to review security arrangements by the police department for the majalis.
Sarwar inquired about security arrangements and the organizers of the majalis expressed gratitude over the arrangements.

  1. I think it's not necessary. Now a days every mobile number became address to person. Mobile phone is necessary for every person include police officers also.
