Defence Minister Syed Naveed Qamar reached Qatar to attend Ferocious Falcon multi-dimensional Crisis Management military drills on the request of Qatar military Chief of Staff Major General Hamad Bin Al Atiya.
Several countries are participating in the drills. The drills are aimed at anti-terrorism, high checking, natural disaster and dangers to important military installment.
Pakistan was first time participating in the multi-dimensional military exercises.
Earlier in 2008 and 2010, Pakistan participated the drills as an observer, but this time Pakistan Navy’s fighter jet NS Khyber will perform in the drills.
Do Pakistan really have a Defence Minister? Is he allowed to visit GHQ?? Has any General visited him in his office. Vow he is going to Qatar to observe multinational excercises.
