31,000 houses demolished due to floods in Sindh

Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh on Relief Haleem Adil Sheikh has said that at least 31,000 houses were damaged in 121 union councils during the rains and flood disaster in the province this year.
Talking to reporters during a visit to the flood and rains affected areas of Larkana, along with the Iranian Consulate General to Pakistan on Sunday, Haleem Adil Sheikh said that about 20 million people, were severally affected, in the rains and flood in the province.
He stated that NDMA distributed Rs three lac, and 71 billion food and non-food items among the rains and flood affectees, across the province.
Latter on the Iranian diplomat Abbas Ali Abdul-Ahi and the Advisor to CM Haleem Adil Shaikh visited to the Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto and laid a floral wreaths of the Mazars of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, Mir Murtaza Bhutto, Mir Shahnawaz Bhutto and others, and offered Fateha.
