Former Federal Minister and Chief of Rind Tribe Yar Muhammad Rind has alleged the Chief Minister Balochistan for deteriorating law and order situation in the province by mixing blend of tribal feud in political affairs of the province.
He also observed that both the rival tribes Rind and Raisani had already signed reconciliatory pact in the murder case of father of Nawabzada Raisani in the presence of Khan of Qalat and several other tribal elders, but four brothers were bent on taking revenge from him.
The ex-premiers, four chief ministers along with 70 tribal elders went to their house and sought reconciliation on my behalf but their stubbornness barred from taking wise and rational decision” he said, but their elder brother and legal heir of being tribal chief of Raisani tribe, Nawabzada Aminullah Raisani signed peace pact.
He said that due to irresponsible and irrational attitude of the Chief Minister Balochistan not a single wise individual was ready to deal with him. Not a single settler has been killed by Balochis people because Balochistan Nefaz-e-Aman Movement led by Siraj Raisani brother of CM Balochistan was behind all killings and abduction for ransom and other crimes” Yar Muhammad Rind said in a special interview with ‘ONLINE’.
“I am major looser due to mass migration of Punjabi settlers due to conditions created by Raisani bothers as majority of settlers moved to Punjab and others areas of the country from areas lying in my constituency” he said claiming that immigrants were his supporters and voters.
He further alleged that due his bad governance, corruption and bribery, Chief Minister Balochisan had fixed rate of each job from Rs 7 million to Rs 35 tantamount to disappointment in unemployed youth in Balochistan.
The so-called Balochistan Nefaz-e-Aman Movement resulted in killing of chief minister’s son also because a blast and indiscriminate firing took place in Mastaung killing six and injuring three people in a unjustified show of power” he maintained.
Rind observed that after repeated follies committed by Nawabzada Aslam Raisani and consistent failures in running the affairs of provincial government, he expected that President Asif Ali Zardari, being a Baloch, might have removed him from his office, but unfortunately, President had disappointed Baloch people who bound high expectations from him, especially, improvement in the prevailing law and order situation in Balochistan.
“Such a state of affairs has further aggravated sense of flippancy and deprivation in Baloch people in last sixty five years” he commented despite the fact that the federal government had provided huge quantity of funds of Rs 172 billions in last four years and corrupt Chief Minister and his aides had consumed in the name of development schemes only in files and papers but nothing on the ground.
“That is why several department of the provincial government have emerged which purchase development schemes along with allocated funds at the rate of 40% commission” Rind maintained adding that members of the provincial assembly had piled billions of rupees out of such deals.
“Furthermore, conditions in Balochistan remain unchanged due to lack of interest of Chief Minister who instead of paying heed towards provincial matters prefers to act as joker and enjoying heavy motor bike on spacious roads in Islamabad.”
“According to Mushahidullah Khan PML-N spokesman, Rind added that Balochistan government was indifferent towards deteriorating law and order situation while CM Aslam Raisani was enjoying motorbike riding.
“PPP should gauge level of seriousness of Aslam Raisani towards Balochistan’s affairs by counting days of his stay in Quetta and take even wiser decisions to address the grievances of Baloch people for the betterment of conditions there” he proposed.
