A ban on motorbike riding in Quetta has created hardships for the citizens as the ban disturbed life in the city where large number of schoolchildren, office employees, shopkeepers and people from other walks of life were affected by the ban.
Quetta Police arrested 27 persons for riding motorbikes but the officials were perplexed about the law, under which they could arrest the violators of the ban.
Quetta, a spiralling city of millions, has around 1,24,000 motorbikes registered under the law.
