  2. It is just a pre election stunt by Govt. Making mockery of education and people of Pakistan. It was so depressing to watch GHOST SCHOOLS in Punjab. No children no teachers. School buildings are in mess. Animals are roaming around in schools and class rooms. Mr. Wattoo's SUV is parked in one of the class room.Believe me PPP and PMLN are more interested to buy elections rather than promoting education in the country. 5 years both PPP and PMLN closed their eyes and ears from core issues. Now suddenly they passed bill for free education. My foot.
