Xinjiang Logistic Delegation pays visit to NUML

A 12-member Xinjiang Logistic Delegation from China visited the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad on Wednesday.
The delegation, which was headed by Deputy China Council for International Investment Promotion Secretary General, Yuan Jianmin, Executive Director and MD Sinotrans & CSC Xinjiang Co. Ltd and also Standing Vice President Xinjiang Institute of Foreign Studies, met Director General (DG) Azam Jamal and other officials of the university and discussed prospectus and modalities of establishing an English medium school in Urumqi, Xinjiang by NUML.
The members of the delegation including Chen Xinmin, General Manager (GM) Xinjiang Hualin Logistic Company Ltd, Mr Bao Longze, GM Xinjiang Shuangying Lenglian Logistic Company, Mr Wang Yongsheng, President Xinjiang Construction Design and Plan Institute and many high officials of many other Chinese logistic companies met the DG.
During the meeting with DG Brigadier Azam Jamal, My Jianmin said that high officials of Xinjian province were eagerly waiting for the establishment of English medium school at Urumqi by NUML as it would be another symbol of Pakistan-China’s friendly relations. He said that NUML’s Chinese and Confucius Departments were contributing a lot in promoting cultural and academic exchanges between both countries but the establishment of the school would provide an opportunity to the population of Xinjiang, which comprised of 30 different races, to have interaction and connection with their Pakistani brothers.
