Wahdat Muslimeen leader among 2 killed in Karachi

The raging violence continues to mar the peace of metropolis as Majlis-e-Wahdat Muslimeen leader Allama Aftab Haider was shot dead along with his associate in the city area of Saddar.
According to police sources, some unidentified motorcyclist miscreants opened fire at a car near Parking Plaza located in Saddar area of the city, killing on the spot the religious leader Afrab Haider along with his friend sitting in the car.
Body of one of the deceased was shifted to Jinnah Hospital and the other to Civil Hospital.
Allama Aftab’s associate has been identified as 45-years-old Shahid Ali, who is a banker by profession.
Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen announced three-day mourning over the killings.
