The CNG crisis persisted as most of the gas station owners continued their unannounced strike and kept their gas fuel outlets shut in protest after the decrease in the CNG prices by the government.
According to reports, long queues of vehicles were seen at the very few CNG stations which were open and providing gas to consumers but with very low pressure. The CNG consumers had to wait for hours for their turn.
People traveled from far off areas to the CNG stations which have been supplying gas but they had to wait for hours for their turn.
The consumers criticized the CNG pump owners for creating problems for them. They said that the CNG station owners were fleecing the consumers by making huge profits.
