Revised pay scales for govt employees from Jan 2013

The federal government has decided to increase the salaries of the government employees from January 2013 after revising their pay scales.
According to sources, keeping the upcoming general elections in view, the federal government has decided to implement revised pay scales from January 01, 2013 and eventually increase the salaries of the government employees prior to the interim government setup.
The sources informed that the federal Finance Ministry asked the Pay and Pension Commission, headed by former Governor State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Dr Ishrat Husain, to revise the pay scales in accordance with the budget of the current fiscal year, so as to benefit the government employees without putting much burden on the national exchequer.

Wapda is awarding and granted all BPS 17 and above the higher qualification allowance on MBA/M.Phil Rs.10000/- and 4 advance increment. whereas, those officials who possess the same degree are not being given Rs.10000/ and 4 advance increments. After so struggle the Hydro Union Hyderabad (CBA) convinced to BOD to approve the 04 advance increments to the officials on the same degree, but BOD approved only 02 advance increments which is unjustified and disparity among the officers and officials. Plz grant 04 adv: increments to all officials. Although they are serving in the same company(HESCO). Plz do justify with us

      Meri Govt. se request ha ka Personal Assistant aur Private Secretary /Key Punch Operator ki designation ko change kia jai aur is ke jaga koi athentic designation de jai (It will be good step for Government if possible)

  56. I think Govt will no do this. As Govt still not follow the supreem court order about 50 % of pension increase. Govt havn't annonced the scale during his five year period. Now how a magic accurance can be expected??????

  79. plz pay equal to whole employees same as categories wise the whole departments as supreme court, high court and employees of Islamabad.

Government has to make such policy in which all the employees take Equal pay not such one person is LDC taking 12000 and in other department the same LDC is taking pay of 25000 it is a simple example both are living in the same state but such difference that is main thing Government has to finish these differences between Federal Employees and Provincial Government Employees.
