The Punjab government has given final shape to the programme of laptop distribution among more than 100,000 male and female students of the province under Chief Minister’s Laptop Scheme.
“The launching ceremony of second phase for laptops distribution is being held in Bahawalpur on November 7,” said Special Assistant to Chief Minister Zaeem Qadri, while talking to a delegation of students on Sunday. He said, after Bahawalpur, laptops distribution ceremony would be held in Faisalabad on November 8, in Lahore on November 12, in Multan on November 15 and in Rawalpindi on November 16. Over 30,000 laptops have reached for the second phase of this programme. He said the laptop distribution programme was being hailed widely.
