Lahore High Court Chief Justice Umer Atta Bandial on Friday directed for the disposal of cases of aged litigants on a priority basis. He said a window needs to be established to address the grievances of the senior litigants. He said old cases in the Lahore High Court, particularly where aged litigants are involved, should be included in the red colour and disposed off on priority basis.
