Woman arrested for killing her husband; gang of motorcycle thieves busted

Islamabad Police have arrested two persons including a woman for their alleged involvement in blind murder case and also recovered the murder tool from their possession, a police spokesman said on Thursday.
According to details, on 12th October a Pak Navy driver Muhammad Asif was murdered by some unknown culprits. IGP Islamabad Bani Amin Khan and SSP Islamabad Yaseen Farooq directed SP (Sadar) Sajid Kiani to ensure arrest of assassins at the earliest who constituted a special team including SHO Margalla Inspector Muhammad Hussain Lasi, SI Muhammad Feroz and others.
This team worked hard to trace the killers and succeeded to arrest two persons Sikandar Ali and a lady.
During investigation, accused lady (wife of deceased Muhammad Asif) confessed that she in collaboration with co-accused Sikandar Ali killed her husband Muhammad Asif. Police has also recovered the murder tool from their possession.
Meanwhile, Sihala Police team headed by SDPO DSP Habibullah Niazi, arrested two culprits namely Muhammad Zubair s/o Muhammad Niaz and Khurarram Shahzad s/o Muhammad LIaqat r/o Rawalpindi and recovered three motor cycles from them. These nabbed persons confessed to take away motorbikes from various areas of Islamabad and Punjab.
