A woman has sold her seven-months-old baby to ‘continue her medical treatment.’
The woman from Qila Mian Singh, Gujranwala said she was so poor she could not afford medical treatment.
“That is why I am selling my baby for Rs120,000 to get heart and liver treatment,” the lady said.
“Even we have not paid our house rent for last eight months,” she said and added that she was compelled to take this extreme step.
