Sindh Education Minister, Pir Mazhar-ul-Haq has left the country to visit Britain and Ireland.
A spokesman of the Sindh Education Department said here on Tuesday that the minister would be a part of the delegation headed by Sindh Governor, Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan, who left here on Monday for Britain on a five-day visit.
During the visit Mazhar would represent the Sindh Chief Minister (CM), Syed Qaim Ali Shah. It was further pointed out that the minister would meet the investors and businessmen as well as government officials in the United Kingdom (UK) and would apprise them of immense investment opportunities available in Sindh. He would also inform them about the Thar coal reserves and the opportunities for collaboration that existed in the realms of trade and investment as well as in education. It was further stated that the minster would later undertake a visit to Ireland.
