Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA), Hyderabad has announced the election schedule here on Tuesday.
According to the incumbent president of the bar Additional Advocate General, Allah Bachayo Soomro the elections would take place on 17th November.
According to details, the nomination forms would be filed from 1st to 2nd November, followed by the listing of the candidates on 3rd November, scrutiny of the nomination forms on 5th November and display of the list of the eligible candidates on 8th November.
The eligible candidates would have to clear their outstanding dues by 10th November and those wishing to opt out of the contest could withdraw their nomination by 12th November.
The final list of voters would be displayed on 12th November while that of the contesting candidates on 13th November. The SHCBA Hyderabad is the second biggest bar in the province and has the membership of the lawyers from 13 districts of Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas divisions.
