Govt should 100 percent implement Asghar Khan case verdict: Yasin Azad

Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) president Yasin Azad on Tuesday said that the government should implement Ashar Khan case verdict given by apex court for strengthening democracy and constitution in the country.
Talking to media persons here he said that strict action against those persons who hatched conspiracy against democracy should be taken and Asghar Khan case verdict should be implemented by100 percent.
He said that conflict between judiciary and the government over issue of writing letter to Swiss authority has been resolved.
SCBA president demanded that more judges in Lahore High Court (LHC) should be appointed immediately for fast and early provision of justice to the people.
Yasin Azad said that being a SCBA president, he always played role for strengthening democracy and supremacy of constitution and he did never support to any one party, adding that there is no threat to state institutions and democracy in the country if all institution including judiciary worked within its limits.

  1. If there is no proof why Nawaz doesn’t sues Yunus habib? Why don’t they gracefully accept decision and announce to support the investigation. Why all the crying if there is no proof? Do you think the Supreme Court just said that money was handed over by ISI to thin air? My above question remains unanswered, why did he make Younas Habib president of Mehran ban, if this was not the case? Why did the same Mehran bank granted loans of billions to Ittefaq foundry? What about statement of Hamid Gul Khalid Khawaja and Asad dDurrani? What about the fact that Nawaz Sharif became prime minister after 1990 elections? Do you need more proofs???
